The effect is that the spectator cut some cards shuffle them and then look and remember the value of the bottom card also the spectator cuts for seconds remember now the suit and shuffle and under this impossible conditions the magicain is able to know the card that the spectator created

you can use:-

1-normal deck
2-no gimmick
3-no force
4-no peek
5-no marked cards
